Your bank will issue an authorization code and confirmation of transaction completion in approximately 2530 seconds (depending on your internet connection). If a credit card payment is declined for whatever reason, "Wagnistrip Pvt. Ltd" must obtain alternate payment instructions. If the order is not cancelled 72 hours before departure, it will be cancelled. Wagnistrip Pvt ltd would charge a service fee for all domestic airline tickets. In the event of a booking cancellation, this fee is non-refundable.

What is an e-ticket?

In place of the paper ticket, an electronic ticket (e-ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number provided to passengers.

How will I get my e-ticket details?

Your ticket information will be sent to the email address you provided during booking. If you have not received your e-ticket within 8 hours after booking with Wagnistrip Pvt. Ltd., please contact our Customer Care Representative. Wagnistrip Pvt. Ltd. will not be held accountable if clients fail to comply with this condition.

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?

Yes, you must bring a copy of your e-ticket, as sent by Wagnistrip Pvt. Ltd. If you fail to submit a copy of your e-ticket, Wagnistrip Online Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable if the airline does not grant you a boarding pass/does not allow you to travel.

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?

At the airline check-in counter, you must present your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket, as well as a photo ID (passport, driver's licence, etc.). Following that, the airline employee will provide you a boarding pass.

Prepaid Ticket Advice ("PTA")

A PTA is a Prepaid Ticket Advice. We will provide you with a PTA number, which you must produce at the airline's airport check-in counter. At that point, the airline employee will print and hand you your ticket.

4. Refund Policy

I cancelled a ticket, how and when will I get a refund? - Wagnistrip
Your cancellation fees will be levied in accordance with the airline's policy. Within 24-30 business days, your refunded ticket will be returned to your original mode of payment. Customers will be asked no questions.


The refund amount will be determined by the hotel's cancellation policy, the time of cancellation, and any processing fees, among other variables. If a non-cancellable booking (s) is cancelled, the customer will not be refunded the amount paid to make the reservation(s).


The payments are non-refundable if the visa is rejected or refused, or if the application is withdrawn.


Please keep in mind that the passport fee is neither refundable nor transferable. Even if the passport is rejected or the application is withdrawn, the fee will not be returned.


You would be able to cancel up to 24 hours before your booking date and receive a Future Cruise Credit for the 50% paid value. If you cancel after 24 hours of the booked date, you will forfeit your deposit.


In the event of a cancellation, the Payable amount will not be refunded.
