Itinerary

Introduction

This is one of the most Epic traverses in glaciated terrain in Alaska! There is just no other way to say it… you haven’t truly experienced living until you’ve traversed the Harding Icefield. This place is like another world, and you won’t believe what you will see. We designed this 6-day glacier mountaineering experience to fully immerse you into the world of an intense glacier mountaineering expedition. Stare in wonder across the Harding Icefield with views that go on for hundreds of miles. Check. Feel the crunch of a glacier under your crampons as traverse across one glacier after another. Check. A friendly, local guide to guide you through your mountaineering expedition. Check, check, and check. With a fully immersive glacier mountaineering experience and an unbeatable price – it’s time you knocked this iconic Alaskan experience off your bucket list.

Small Groups & Mountaineering Camps

In contrast to crowded roadside tours in Alaska, our expeditions get way out there, and are limited to only 8 guests. Bottom line? A more intimate experience with everything from mountains, glaciers, and amazing vistas.

See What Most Are Missing

While the majority of visitors stay on the pavement and pathways, you’ll get to experience the picturesque backcountry, an array of wildlife, and stunning vistas completely inaccessible by car.

Award-Winning Guides

Beyond the jaw-dropping scenery, your experienced and friendly guide will teach you glacier mountaineering, share stories, Harding Icefield history, and answer any questions you have throughout the expedition.
